RETURN POLICY
Returns
Products are returnable up to 15 days after receipt of delivery,
only if the item is damaged or has manufacturer defects, and if unused and in
original packaging. Please call, email, or write us to receive an
RGA number. Do not return goods without authorization.
Delivery
At Outdoor Trashcans.com we take pride in working closely with our manufacturers
to ensure the highest level of service. Almost all of our products are delivered
directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, a minimum of 10 business days
is required for delivery. Some non-stocking items may require up to 9 weeks to
deliver. You will be notified if your order will not ship right away. Lighter
and/or less bulky items will ship UPS or Fedex Ground if this is less expensive.
Items shipped directly from the
manufacturer by common carrier (Transfer Truck) will be delivered to the curb at
your address.
Damaged Goods
Please note any freight damage on the freight bill. Request a signed receipt
from the driver. Open and inspect your packages immediately, within 24 hours,
and notify us of any concealed damage that you wish to claim. If you have a
camera at hand, please take pictures of the damage. Our freight carriers and
manufacturers will work expediently with us to replace or repair any damage.
Pictures and documentation will streamline the process.
Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible, and if
your products have not shipped or are not in the shipping process, we will stop
the process.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit your account, credit your
credit card, or send you a refund check within 21 days of the settlement date. A
25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the
refund.
PLEASE NOTE
Product specifications are subject to change without notice. Colors, color
patterns, and textures of products may vary slightly from those shown. Actual
color and texture samples for most products are available upon request.
